Cookie Policy
A practical guide to browser storage and your analytics choice.

Analytics is optional. Allow or decline it in the banner. To change a saved choice, use Cookie settings in the footer and choose Reject optional or Accept all.
1. Cookies and similar storage
Cookies are small values that a browser can send with requests to a website. Local storage and session storage keep values in the browser for site features. This website uses these technologies for your analytics preference, enquiry retry handling, administration security and optional measurement.
2. Preferences and functional storage
Analytics preference
offchain.analytics-consent.v1 is a local-storage entry recording “granted” or “denied”. It is used to remember your choice, not to identify you across sites. A companion offchain.analytics-consent.v1.saved-at entry records when the choice was made. We remember acceptance and rejection for 180 days, then ask again. You can change or clear your choice sooner.
Enquiry retry reference
offchain.contact-request.v1 is a session-storage entry containing a request ID and payload digest to avoid creating duplicate enquiries during retries. It does not contain the form field values. Session storage normally lasts for the browser tab’s session; browser restore behaviour can vary.
Private administration
__Host-offchain-admin is used for the authorised owner’s private dashboard session and request protection. It is not needed to browse the public website. The application sets it as Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite=Strict, with a lifetime of up to one hour. The hosting platform’s sign-in flow may also use its own authentication storage.
Cloudflare security features, including Turnstile, process browser and connection signals to help prevent abuse. Depending on the security configuration, Cloudflare may use challenge or clearance storage. We do not claim that every visitor receives a particular Cloudflare cookie. 3. Optional Google Analytics
The website loads the Google Analytics script after an “Accept all” choice, including a previously saved allowance. Without that choice, our consent-controlled analytics script does not start Google Analytics.
When enabled, Google Analytics can use _ga and _ga_<identifier> cookies to distinguish visitors and maintain session information. Google documents a default expiry of two years for these cookies; their actual lifetime can depend on configuration, browser controls and subsequent use. This cookie lifetime is not a statement about how long Google Analytics reporting data is retained.
Our measurement includes page views and selected contact and enquiry actions. Form-message contents are not included in our custom events. We have not configured advertising personalisation in the site’s analytics code. More information is available in Google’s Analytics cookie documentation.
4. Change or withdraw your choice
Open Cookie settings in the footer, then choose Reject optional. The site saves the declined choice, disables its Google Analytics measurement and attempts to remove accessible _ga and _ga_ cookies for this site. Browser and domain restrictions can limit what JavaScript can remove. Your browser’s site-data controls provide an additional way to clear stored values.
Withdrawal applies to future measurement; it does not erase analytics information already sent. Clearing site data also removes the saved preference. Choices apply to the browser and website origin where you make them, so another browser or device may need its own choice. Blocking storage may prevent the site from remembering your preference.
5. Other external requests
Declining analytics does not block services needed to deliver the site or protect the form. Website fonts are hosted with the site and do not contact Google Fonts. Calendly’s calendar loads only when you select a booking link and presents its own cookie choices. Offchain measures embedded booking completion only with analytics consent. External links, including email and Telegram, have their own privacy and storage practices. See the Privacy Policy for more detail.
