Currencies and other contracts
Assess currency pairs and provider-specific metals, energy, stock-index and stock contracts. Confirm the actual instrument type, contract size, quote conventions and trading hours.
OTC Forex / CFD Automation
Translate defined rules into platform-native tools or broker-connected workflows. Start with provider, account and contract details to specify execution behaviour before development.
Illustrative architecture. Platform names indicate routes to assess.
01 / SCOPE
OTC Forex and CFDs are provider-specific. Availability and trading conditions vary by broker and account.
Assess currency pairs and provider-specific metals, energy, stock-index and stock contracts. Confirm the actual instrument type, contract size, quote conventions and trading hours.
Scope MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5 Expert Advisors, indicators and trade-management panels, or cTrader cBots and indicators. Required features depend on the selected platform and account.
Consider proprietary broker APIs and authorised signal bridges where supported. Confirm automation permissions, authentication, order functions and access to position data before agreeing integration coverage.
02 / SCOPE
Choose components that make your workflow testable.
Translate entry, exit, sizing, sessions and filters into explicit behaviour. Define how the system treats overlapping signals, existing positions and manual intervention.
Scope order-entry panels, stop and target logic, exposure limits and account-level controls. Agree which actions are automatic and which require an operator decision.
Add authenticated webhook intake, duplicate handling, symbol mapping and order-state tracking. Account orchestration or trade copying requires separately agreed account permissions, sizing rules and exception handling.
03 / SCOPE
A platform name alone does not define how an order will execute.
Verify volume increments, minimum distances, margin information and netting or hedging behaviour where applicable. Include provider-specific symbol suffixes and session boundaries in the specification.
Plan for rejections, unavailable quotes, partial execution and lost connections. Reconcile orders and positions before restarting; record exceptions and define operator stop controls.
A CFD referencing an index, stock or commodity is distinct from the exchange-traded instrument. Listed futures belong in the exchange-markets branch. Access and permitted automation need account-specific confirmation.
FROM BRIEF TO HANDOVER
Capture platform version, provider, account behaviour and strategy rules. Deliver the agreed specification, exclusions and acceptance scenarios.
Implement the scoped EA, cBot, panel or connector. Review configuration, controls and order handling against the agreed behaviour.
Use suitable historical tests and demo or paper environments where available. Exercise failure and recovery paths; document differences from live execution.
Deliver agreed source or builds, settings, test evidence and setup notes. Confirm licensing, maintenance boundaries and approval before live rollout.
Software tests and operational controls do not guarantee trading returns. Live access, deployment and operating limits are agreed separately.
BEFORE WE BEGIN
No. MT4, MT5, cTrader and broker APIs are integration routes to assess. Support is confirmed for the specific platform, version, provider and account scope.
We first review source access, licensing and dependencies. Conversion requires explicit behaviour mapping and regression testing; identical platform behaviour should not be assumed.
This is a custom software service for your defined rules, not a signal subscription. Testing and operational controls do not guarantee returns or prevent trading losses.
